Q : When would you ship my order?
A : Once we receive your order, 3 days are given to complete the payment. Upon verification of payment, we will send you a confirmation email. If payment is not made within 3 days of ordering, your order will be automatically canceled after this 'holding period'. (Kindly inform us via email once you have made the payment,thank you very much.)

Q : Which courier compnay did you use for shipping?
A : We are using Postlaju.
